The factories in charge of the production work under the agreement of Yangzhou Import & Export Toy Inspection Institute of China (YTII). As an independent organism with an international credibility, it is responsible for the quality control, from the machineries to the production processes (as production lines or packaging and shipping processes).

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE system)

On customer's demand, SGS, the current Swedish PLC, well know for its integrity and experience, manages some quality controls on our final products, all along the year, espacially for chemical products rank and dieing. We work in partnership with comprehensive and well-known Chinese factories, in the production of textile goods. Working conditions into them follow the principles of big customers, such as Wall-Mart or Tesco. Their policy and standards adopt the international rules and the main principles established by the International Labor Organization (ILO).

We also guarantee a steadily increased awareness about environmental protection. Chemical products are always used in printing and dieing processes, all along the production line. This is why our suppliers work with environmental products, born with the concept of "Eco-textiles". The Chinese National General Safety Technical Code for Textile Products followed the principles of GB 18401-2003, voted the 27th of November 2003 and effective from the 1st of January 2005. According this rule, the textile products are divided in 3 categories with a specific regulation for each one. The GB 18401 is a national safety standard for textile products. If products fail to meet the safety requirements, they are not allowed to be manufactured, sold or imported into the China Market or exported onto the foreign markets. Its control is related to the General Administration of Quality, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C. and its development is the task of every one of us, related to the Standardization Admnistration of China (SAC).
