The "mission of an enterprise" is virtually the aim as well as value for an enterprise to exist for, also the lofty responsibilities and obligations for an enterprise.
 
Customers/ clients are the foundation on which an enterprise exists and develops. It's groundless for an enterprise to exist or develop without customers / clients. To satisfy the needs of customers / clients means to think of what customers have in mind and feel anxious for what customers badly need, and accordingly create exquisite building works or provide high-quality services for its customers / clients through our efforts and the advantage of CJI brand, with an aim to realize in the maximum the values of the enterprise. 
 
Staffs are the creators of the wealth. To realize the values of the staff means to mobilize the staff's enthusiasm and inventiveness, provide a stage for them to display their ability. Furthermore, protect the staff's rights and interests, let the staff enjoy the achievements of the enterprise, feel happy with the enterprise and think themselves a family member of the enterprise, with an aim to realize a mutual growth of both the enterprise and its staff.   
 
"Undertaking social responsibility" means to create wealth for the country and assure the value of the state assets preserved and increased through the common efforts of the entire staff. At a point outside the enterprise, it means to conduct business in line with the laws, keep honesty and promises, protect natural environment, support and patronize social public welfare and contribute to the harmony of the society.
